BCSO seems determined to make things even more difficult for our members who have been forced to quarantine due to COVID by taking compensation from their leave banks. Not only is this appalling, but it is illegal as stipulated in HB 2073 signed into law this past summer. We have sent the letter below to Sheriff Salazar asking for an investigation.
