DSABC PAC is proud to endorse Commissioner Tommy Calvert in his bid for re-election in Bexar County Precinct 4. Over the years, Commissioner Calvert has demonstrated strong, reliable support for public safety. He has consistently advocated for pay increases for Bexar County Deputy Sheriffs and continues to work with us on ideas to improve retention. He has also led the construction of new BCSO substations, which results in better response times for the residents we serve. He stands out for his willingness to listen to our concerns and to act as a bridge to other voices on Commissioners Court to find real solutions.
We know that in Commissioner Calvert we have a partner. He has committed to address the pay disparity issues and get us the resources and equipment we need to make the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office the premier law enforcement organization in the state, which is what the people of Bexar County deserve.
