The Deputy Sheriff’s Association of Bexar County has constantly fought for higher recruitment and better retention rates at the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office. Following a previous public awareness campaign stressing the lack of sufficient deputies on patrol and in the jail, the DSABC’s new leadership decided to boost its proactive role in attracting new talent posting its own recruitment billboards!
